My Approach
I combine evidence-based treatments with a warm, integrative style of care. Through a blend of psychotherapy and medication management when appropriate, I work closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment strategies. My practice specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and women's mental health concerns. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and supportive therapy, to help you achieve optimal mental wellness.

During our initial consultation, we'll conduct a thorough evaluation to understand your needs, develop a preliminary diagnosis, and create a treatment plan designed specifically for you. My priority is helping you return to your highest level of functioning and well-being as quickly as possible.
Professional Background
Board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, I have been serving the California community since 2003. I completed my medical degree at Sindh Medical College and my psychiatric residency at Bergen Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. I am licensed by the California State Medical Board and maintain the highest standards of psychiatric care.

We offer two convenient office locations:
1. Los Altos: A serene, private setting overlooking a wooded preserve
2. San Ramon: A comfortable space with handicap accessibility
Both offices feature private entrances and are easily accessible via major freeways and public transportation.
