Initial Diagnostic Psychiatric Evaluation Appointments
Duration: Up to 60 minute session
Services
We provide psychiatric and behavioral health services for adults 18 and older. At our Los Altos office, we accept Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna PPO insurance, and self-pay options. Our San Ramon office accepts Anthem Blue Cross insurance and self-pay arrangements. For patients with other insurance plans, we can provide detailed superbills for submission to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Medication Management/Follow Up Appointments
Duration: 20-30 minutes
Individual Supportive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Duration: Weekly sessions of up to 35 minutes
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain quality care for all our patients, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps us serve our patients effectively and ensure appointment availability for those in need.
